How can I pay my bill?

    We accept cash, check, cashiers check and all major credit cards. Payments will be accepted in person or through the mail. Arrangements can be made with Rick if you prefer a reoccurring payment on your credit card.

Are my things covered by insurance?

    You are not covered under our insurance for your items.  You may be covered under your home owners / renters insurance, but that is up to you to find out.

Do you offer insurance?

   Yes, we offer insurance through SafeStor for as little as $8 per month.

When is my bill due?

    The bill is due the first of every month. If the bill is not paid by the 7th, payment is considered late and you will be locked out and assessed a $15 late fee. If you know it will be late, contact Rick in advance to make arrangements to avoid a late fee.

What is the length of your contract?

    We offer month by month contract. 

How far ahead do I need to let you know when I'm moving out?

     We ask for a two week notice when moving out. We can prorate the upcoming month.

Do you offer refunds if I move out before the end of my month?

    If you let us know at the beginning of the month you will be moving out we will prorate that month, but we will not do a refund.

Do you offer any discounts?

    We prorate when you move in and out if it is not the first of the month.. We do offer one month free when you pay 12 months up front.

Do you have electrical hookups?

    No, we do not offer electricity.
